Welcome
[edit]Welcome!
Hello, Nirzhorshovon, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}}
after the question on your talk page. Again, welcome! jc37 10:30, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
- In regards to your recent edits to Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Directory, that page isn't used for what you seemed to guess that it was. If you decide to add such personal information about yourself, the place to add it would be your user page.
- Though you may wish to also read Wikipedia:Username_policy#Real_names and Wikipedia:User_pages#Personal_and_privacy-breaching_material.
- I hope this helps, and again, welcome! : ) - jc37 10:30, 20 May 2012 (UTC)

[edit]Your recent editing history at Wikipedia:Guidance for younger editors shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Nobody Ent 11:01, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
WP:AN/I discussion
[edit]Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. --Shirt58 (talk) 11:04, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
Hey there...
[edit]Nirzhor, I have noticed that you seem to be more than a little confused about Wikipedia. I wanted to provide a little more information.
Most importantly, unlike LinkedIn, Wikipedia is not a place to post personal/professional information; it's an encyclopedia of notable topics.
You're welcome to read the menu of links/policies at the top of the page and ask any questions you might have. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 11:35, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
