Notes on table:
- Heading names very short to produce smaller fields
- Country sorting in English name order, for the sorting key I have changed some of the flagicon names to produce the correct sorting
- Sorting name sorts into Christian name order, use browser refresh to get original order
Content:
- Have used similar style to that used in the individual players pages except that I have used – before a player's first and after their last appearance. Using DNP looks ugly. – also has the advantage of appearing late alphabetically, a simple - appears first when sorted
- All lime and yellow cells have links in them
Can do multiple sorts by sorting on one column first and then, while holding down the shift key, on a second
