DYK nomination of Klonoa

[edit]

Hello! Your submission of Klonoa at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and some issues with it may need to be clarified. Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! — Maile (talk) 11:25, 21 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page MBC1 (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

You've been told multiple times that Huon is not doing any vandalism. Please read User talk:Newyorkbrad#Religion in national symbols. Going around multiple places is not doing any good. This is a content dispute. Make your case at Talk:Religion in national symbols. Bgwhite (talk) 07:03, 24 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

What did I do wrong? NewFranco (talk) 13:04, 24 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You reported Huon for vandalism and reverted him when he wasnt a vandal. He was a good faith editor who happened to be correct in this issue. TheOriginalSoni (talk) 13:37, 24 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You've now tried to take this to Third Opinion. That's a move more in the right direction, but it's still not going to go anywhere until you make the effort to thoroughly discuss this at the article talk page. Just making a single objection there and not engaging in back-and-forth with the other editors isn't going to be enough to satisfy the requirements of all content dispute resolution at Wikipedia that you thoroughly discuss a matter before bringing it to dispute resolution. Your RFA

[edit]

I noticed that you were in the midst of posting a Request for Adminship here. I can tell that you're a good editor who is eager to help, but you may wish to withdraw the request. Typically, successful candidates for adminship have thousands of edits over a longer span of time, and they usually can show some level of activity in admin areas such as speedy deletion or fighting vandalism. While I see that you edited as an IP as well, those edits don't apply to this account - so all editors see is a user with 360 edits. You may have multiple editors opposing you simply for that lack of experience - and that's OK, it's not personal. But it does mean that success is unlikely. It may be simpler to withdraw. Please feel free to ask any questions you have on my talk page or at the RFA talk page. Whatever happens, good luck to you. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 12:25, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Further to this, why do you state that you have been "on Wikipedia for three months"? Your first edit appears to have been made in November 2011. [1] AndyTheGrump (talk) 12:29, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Hi Franco. We appreciate your enthusiasm, but unfortunately there is no way that the community will be able to take your edits as an IP into consideration. With only 372 edits and only 201 of those to article space, there is no chance that your RfA will succeed. Candidate are expected to have made thousands of edits and demostrated measurable skills in a multitude of areas. You may wish to withdraw before you complete the transclusion. For more info, you might like to read this page: WP:Advice for RfA candidates. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk)
I have closed it per WP:SNOW, and WP:NOTYET. Mdann52 (talk) 13:34, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Nickelodeon (Australia). This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Also, flags are not to be inserted in articles per WP:MOSFLAGS. Nate (chatter) 22:58, 20 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

And also stop using an IP as a sockpuppet, which is obvious and now in my talk page history. Nate (chatter) 23:01, 20 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
