I'm a mediator/clerk at DRN. Your listing there was closed because that noticeboard requires talk page discussion before listing a dispute there, though I realize that's the very problem that you're having. I've started the other editor's talk page by giving a welcome message and a talkback tag to the article page. If that still does not get discussion started, you might consider filing a request for comments to draw other editors' attention to the issues. But before you do, just as a word to the wise, some of the external links that you are restoring, such as links to discussion groups and Facebook pages, do not appear to be acceptable under Wikipedia rules and you may need to be careful about WP:BOOMERANG.
