Use of AI; sourcing problems

Continuing from Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Climate finance in the United States: when you say you used an AI review and format assistant and the content is from my notes, do you mean you wrote an outline and the AI assistant turned the outline into a Wikipedia article? Or are you saying that you wrote all the words yourself? Did the AI also find the sources in the article, or did you insert them yourself?

Disregarding how the article topic is very similar to Climate change policy of the United States, the use of AI to create an article from an outline is still a problem, even if the AI didn't write the article from scratch, since LLMs often have difficulties writing from a neutral point of view and satisfying our verifiability policy.

This article contains plenty of non-neutral material such as ...underscoring the role of private capital in climate finance. It also contains very vague material, such as Bipartisan support has emerged for climate-related financial policies, particularly regarding infrastructure resilience and adaptation to climate impacts. The entire section on Climate Week NYC is likely WP:UNDUE. Overall, the article is written like an essay.

In addition, articles should be mainly based on reliable, independent, secondary sources. Almost all of the sources in the article are primary, and some don't even support the claims being made. For example, the sentence ...financial institutions such as BlackRock have pledged to increase investments in green technologies... cites a source that doesn't even mention BlackRock. Even if it was sourced correctly, this sentence would likely be WP:UNDUE.
