Hi Neha! This is in relation with article that you edited "https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/All_India_Majlis-e-Ittehadul_Muslimeen". I'm undoing the last revision as it comes under copyright violation! As it has been directly copied from the source. Do rewrite it in your words to prevent copyrights violation. Cheers!

Welcome!

Hi Neha (nehapant19), I would like to speak to you about the Preditas company page that you have created and are modifying. Thanks! Preditas (talk) 07:42, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. At this point we are just building our web presence and would like to take some more time to put detailed information out there. The references and link to the software that you have provided are for an Eastern European analytics company/product that we have no links to. We also do not have an India entity. Would you please edit/delete this page so that our message is not muddled with the PREDITAS software that is a different company? At this point we only have the preditas.com website, which we are gradually updating with company details. Preditas (talk) 08:05, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Nope, no products yet. We are a services company with plans for products in the future. The website is currently under creation so a lot of stuff is constantly changing, for example the name of the India entity. Since we are still undecided about naming etc, we wanted to take a few more days before putting this info up on Wikipedia. Appreciate your help in getting our name out there, but request you to wait for a couple of weeks - when you will be able to link to verified information. Bidisha Sen and Pranav Kothari serve as the company contacts for all marketing and PR enquiries. Preditas (talk) 08:27, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Preditas Inc logo.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Preditas Inc logo.png. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 09:39, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Preditas Inc. requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Sitush (talk) 15:56, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article Preditas Inc has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NCORP. Non-database source are actually three leads to the same article including them on a list of employers that are aggressively hiring, a minor mention.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Dear Neha, I see that your version is not being accepted by Wikipedia editors but you keep on pushing it. Such adamant behavior and inability to take feedback creates challenges for our brand name. Your actions are leaving a digital trail on Wikipedia that will stick with Preditas forever in a negative light. You are not associated with Preditas, do not have permission to use the Preditas logo here, and your actions are hurting us. I sincerely request that you stop right away and delete the page as suggested by Wikipedia editors or I will have to contact the relevant authorities from IIT KGP to address the issue.

@Preditas: I have de-activated your "helpme" because your message seems to be for Nehapant19, but the "helpme" tag is intended as a general call for help from any Wikipedian. I will add some more advice on your talk page shortly.
@Nehapant19: it seems clear that Preditas do not yet meet Wikipedia's notability standard for companies. Although you are permitted to remove the Proposed deletion template, I advise you not to, because that would probably start an Articles for deletion discussion and the page would be deleted anyway. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 08:43, 9 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Monica Khanna, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Indian and Crime Patrol (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Information icon Hello, I'm DMacks. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the page Tamannaah, because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Nomination of Preditas Inc for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Preditas Inc is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Preditas Inc until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Nat Gertler (talk) 04:26, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Ariana Ayam

[edit]

Ariana Ayam does not appear to be notable enough for a stand-alone article about her just yet. The only reason I'm not nominating it for deletion now is that it would be kind of pointless, as she likely will be notable enough when the film is released.

Please see the comments I made on Talk:Ariana Ayam for more information and for a question about how to "sort" her name (is it "last name first" as in the United States, or "first name first" as in some other parts of the world?). davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 20:11, 21 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Preditas Inc

[edit]

I have deleted Preditas Inc under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following this deletion discussion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time. You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on File:Bollywood 100 crore club 2012 zee cine awards.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from cropping a screenshot is not "original creation". For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

-- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 04:19, 27 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. You appear to be involved in an edit war on Bollywood films grossing above 100 crore.

While the three-revert rule is hard and fast, please be aware that you can be blocked for edit warring without making 3 reverts to an article in 24 hours. You are not entitled to 3 reverts and edit wars may be slow-moving, spanning weeks or months. Edit wars are not limited to 24 hours.

If you are unclear how to resolve a content dispute, please see dispute resolution. You are expected to cooperatively engage other editors on talk pages rather than reverting their edits. Note that posting your thoughts on the talk page alone is not a license to continue reverting. You must reach consensus.

If you feel your edits might qualify as one of the small list of exceptions, please apply them with caution and ensure that anyone looking at your edits will come to the same conclusion. If you are uncertain, seek clarification before continuing. Quite a few editors have found themselves blocked for misunderstanding and/or misapplying these exceptions. Often times, requesting page protection or a sockppuppet investigation is a much better course of action.

Continued edit warring on Bollywood films grossing above 100 crore or any other article may cause you to be blocked without further notice. Toddst1 (talk) 06:33, 29 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm Sulfurboy. Nehapant19, thanks for creating Jenny Scordamaglia!

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Bollywood films grossing above 100 crore shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. What exactly is this edit? [4]? That is a template that administrators use when the proper process has officially determined that there is improper use of accounts, not something that you slap on another editors page to try to intimidate them. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 09:52, 30 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I second the above: User:Anwarhs is not a sockpuppet as far as any checkuser or Sockpuppet investigation has determined, and you can't just stick this template onto user pages of people you are edit warring with. For that matter, stop edit warring, please. If there is an issue, discuss it on the talk page of the relevant article. Brambleclawx 20:42, 30 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article Jenny Scordamaglia has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Hello Nehapant19, Hmmmmm..... i like your trick to considering me a Sockpuppet. But the foolish users like you and Soham did not know these facts about wikipedia.

hi Nehapant19 , it is my humble request for you to Please upload the display picture of Govinda(actor) on wikipedia (Link is https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Govinda_%28actor%29). Please read Wikipedia:External links before adding external links. In particular, read line 10 of Wikipedia:External links#Links normally to be avoided.

I have removed some of the Facebook and Twitter links you added to articles recently. Please go back and remove such links from articles if you added them, and strongly consider removing them if you see them on other articles.

It's not in the guideline I linked, but I and at least a few other editors tolerate one blog, social-networking, twitter-like, or similar web site in the "external links" section of an article, but only if there is no official web site related to the article. If there is an official web site, there should not be any of these things in the "external links" section of an article without a very, very good reason, one good enough to override the recommendations on line 10 of Wikipedia:External links#Links normally to be avoided. If in doubt, leave these links out of that section. You may mention them on the article's talk page, however.

If you are thinking about using such pages as references, please keep in mind that if they are controlled by the subject of the article or any organization connected to the subject of the article (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, some blogs), they are NOT independent sources and therefore have zero or nearly-zero weight when it comes to determining if the subject of the article meets Wikipedia's notability requirements. With some exceptions, they are also NOT considered reliable sources, so be very careful when using them as a reference. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 22:17, 26 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The official web site is dead (Archive.org copy of 2011-11-02 [5]). I restored the Facebook link. Please remove it when a new official web site is added to the page. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 22:32, 26 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Mr.Nehapant, no doubt that you can write dudded included net gross. But please do not use "All version" and "Hindi version word". Also do not tag any notice that the net gross are included tamil or any language as you did in List of bollywood films of 2013 and 2014. Similarly, do not write the meaning of "A", "U" or "U/A". The pages are encyclopedic, not a learning page. These articles will not go on your finger tips. If you used these tags at any article, then please remove them. Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Bollywood 100 crore club 2012 zee cine awards.jpg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Bollywood 100 crore club 2012 zee cine awards.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. DMacks (talk) 05:51, 3 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion of article

[edit]

I find it to be my duty to explain to you that most of the time you're articles are getting deleted of being put forward for one because they do not meet a criteria

This is the criteria on which it depends whether an article should be created or not. It is called notability, if the subject/film meets this I assure you it will never get deleted, if it does whack me with a wet trout.

Generally a subject is notable if its discussed by independent reliable sources like newspapers. But they can be content-specific, like for films the film has to enter principal photography stage. Otherwise it'll get deleted. Keep in mind that bein discussed by newspapers does not always guarantee inclusion. If you have any other problems ping me. Soham 16:16, 4 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:ShaksgamK2.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

SMS Talk 17:52, 13 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Nehapant19, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your addition to Karachi Agreement has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and a cited source. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. However, there are steps that must be taken to verify that license before you do. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are public domain or compatibly licensed), it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at the help desk before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied without attribution. If you want to copy from another Wikipedia project or article, you can, but please follow the steps in Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. SMS Talk 14:36, 16 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I find it irnoic, Wikimedia is finding ways to curb the gender gap prior to fact that 90% are male editors (meta:WikiWomen's Collaborative). Here one is getting blocked by another one. Ha! She has created some good articles and has been tirelessly contributing to many others specially Bollywood related articles. I am not arguing it is a reason to unblock her. But an indefinite block is really more. Anna Frodesiak seems to be cool now. User:Nehapant19 come back? Anupmehra -Let's talk! 01:41, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe you're right. I just want Nehapant to speak up. I don't see any responses to any of the image copyvio posts. None. When I look at the contribs and spot check any over +500, I see pure copy pasting, almost every time. I'm happy to unblock this editor. If another admin thinks it best to reduce the block, that is totally, totally fine with me. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 02:00, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Award instituted by Exchange4media.com/Exchange4media. BOth articles have history of WP:G11 and WP:A7 deletions. Also, the subject article is created by User:Nehapant19, a blocked sock dealing in media related articles and hence WP:G5 also applies here.

Proposed deletion of ENBA Awards

[edit]

The article ENBA Awards has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

After purging all first party references, remaining references appear to be merely announcements of awards. Nothing that actually points to their satisfying the notability guidelines. I declined speedy deletion. The article was created a month prior to the sockpuppetry block of the sockmaster and puppet and thus CSD Gt5 is inapplicable. Article makes a sufficient assertion of notability so CSD A7 is inapplicable and is not blatantly spam so CSD G11 is inapplicable. But appears to fail WP:GNG and notability guidelines for awards.
