Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to List of most viewed YouTube videos, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. . Drmies (talk) 00:21, 21 June 2017 (UTC)Hey everyone, sorry for the drama I caused. If you're willing to read this, I've got an explanation. I'm new to this site (you'll see it says I've only been here two months). I started editing with no idea there was admins on Wikipedia. My knowledge of it was that anyone could edit. I attempted adding some trivia, multiple times, to the List of most viewed YouTube videos page, but was blocked each time by other users, and was quickly in an edit war. From my perspective, there was no solution to this; if anyone could edit the page and no one had more authority than anyone else, then I had no way forward. Because of this I turned to attempting to remove sections from the page that users such as LukeStark96 wanted maintained in an attempt to show them what position they were putting me in. I was then blocked from editing and have now read up a bit on the levels of editor on Wikipedia and what I need to do when I edit (though I still am quite limited in knowledge). When I attempted to remove the last 5 rows of the top 80 most viewed videos, I managed to merge tables and make a mess of the editing page. I was attempting to undo this when I was blocked from editing.
My apologies to LukeStark96 and anyone else affected. I'm sorry for the problems I caused and any offence I've caused, and I'll be doing my best to avoid such things again in future. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nathazzapaduch (talk • contribs) 12:10 22 June 2017 (UTC)
- Let's be very clear: if you are ever again seen to have removed valid content in "retaliation" for not getting your way, you will be blocked from editing permanently rather than temporarily. General Ization Talk 13:09, 22 June 2017 (UTC)
Is there any way I can delete this account? Nathazzapaduch (talk) 22:04, 22 June 2017 (UTC)
