Answer

Hi Natalyakautz, I have replied at meta:Steward requests/Global. Please go to en:Wikipedia:IP block exemption and ask for an ip-block exemption on the English Wikipedia. All the best, Taketa (talk) 05:56, 25 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock request

Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. This block was set up by user Elockid. I had a another block by Vituzzu for the same reason, but was unblocked today. My IP is 104.131.93.125. If my IP is frequently getting caught near an abusive IP, would it be easier to have a username exemption? Natalyakautz (talk) 00:21, 26 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

The IP you are attempting to use belongs to Digital Ocean, Inc, which is a web host/VPS service. To resolve this issue, I would encourage you to not edit through this service. IP block exemption is only granted in very limited situations. Mike VTalk 04:20, 26 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
