Speedy deletion nomination of User:Nashville Rescue Mission

I am creating the page for Nashville Rescue Mission, and do not understand why the page keeps getting deleted when content is neutral and fact. Can you please unblock the IP address so I can reread the Wiki articles to recreate the article for Nashville Rescue Mission while making sure it adheres to the Wiki policies?
