Welcome!
Hello, Nanjil01, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one of your contributions does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Below are a few other good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Contributing to Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Simplified Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Mayan302 (talk) 08:34, 13 February 2016 (UTC)
- Hi Nanji101, Welcome to Wikipedia. Please make sure to read through the Five pillars of Wikipedia article and the other articles linked from there. Edits that don't follow these policies will get reverted. All the best! - Kautilya3 (talk) 11:28, 13 February 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. I will add the warning I just gave to 111.93.224.234 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) on this page as well, to make sure you see it. (You appear to be the same person as the IP, and thank you for creating an account). Re your edit summaries here and here: You appear to misunderstand whatever policy it is you mention (?). Conjecture by editors is not allowed, but there is nothing wrong with recording a conjecture offered by a reliable source such as Professor Hardgrave's The Nadars of Tamilnad: the political culture of a community in change. (A classic published by Berkeley: University of California Press.) The source that you yourself use for these additions, on the other hand, typifies what Wikipedia means by an unreliable source: a caste noticeboard. Please use academic historical sources. If you continue to edit Nadar (caste) in this incorrect way, both the IP and the account will be blocked from editing. I also join with User:Joshua Jonathan here in asking you to reveal any former account you have used, as you seem unrealistically well acquainted with Wikipedia code and jargon for a new user.
