Username and possible conflict of interest

Hello NYU-SOL, and welcome to Wikipedia. Could you explain the meaning of your username and your connection to Simon Brett/the Society of Wood Engravers in general terms? Hello Helpful Raccoon! My username does not mean anything in particular. It's just an acronymn that is easy for me to remember, and well, I like the sun (hence the sol). I have a few of Simon Brett's books. They were very helpful and a source of inspiration for me when I was studying to be an aspiring artist and engraver myself. He recently died at the end of 2024, and I noticed he did not have a page about his work on Wikipedia. He influenced some many individuals in this field. As for the Society of Wood Engravers, I am not a member and have no conflict of interest there. I only just suggested the edit because I noticed their link was directing to an old site, which then redirected to this new site that I updated (as a small test to my first contribution to Wikipedia).
