Road to being unblocked
[edit]NRLcontributorAJ, you are indefinitely blocked from editing on your account CodyCruickshank (talk · contribs). You must appeal that block before you return to editing. You may do so here or on that account.
You were initially temporarily blocked for violating the three-revert-rule on the article 2015 NRL season. Between September 6 to 9, 2017, you engaged in edit warring again and conducted at least twenty reverts on the article 2017 NRL season. You received a one week block. You continued to edit war on your user talk page at which point your block was extended to indefinite. Eventually, your talk page access privileges were revoked after you pledged to continue submitting disruptive appeals. You have also been temporarily banned from UTRS because you repeatedly submitted appeals that failed to address the issues over why you were blocked.
You have since engaged in repeated attempts at block evasion.
In order for you to return to editing, you will need to wait six months without socking or evading your block. You may then appeal your block by clearly demonstrating an understanding of all the policies you violated and must present a plan to ensure you will not repeat these behaviours again. I would also like to take this opportunity to clarify for you that you were not blocked for petty vandalism; you were blocked for edit warring and then had your block extended for disruptive editing. Also, despite your belief that you have been treated unfairly by me, it is important to point out that eight different administrators have either reviewed your appeals or escalated your block conditions over the past eight months generating a unanimous consensus that you should remain blocked.
I suggest you use the next six months to thoroughly read through the linked policies in this message. You may next appeal your block on November 9, 2018. Mkdw talk 17:29, 9 May 2018 (UTC)
I'm not mad with you or any other admins, just irked at the proverbial case of mistaken identity. If that's what that user did wrong and can't take it on the chin I fail to see how I should wear the punishment over misinterpretation. Rules are rules and it goes without saying I'll follow them. AJ.
