Hi! Thanks for your contributions. Please see Wikipedia:External links. The link to NITYA SEVA's website has been removed from the Bhopal article, because the site doesn't provide any relevant information about Bhopal. The external links section of Bhopal doesn't include websites of all the organizations/people related to Bhopal; rather it includes only the links where the reader can find more information about Bhopal. The link to NITYA SEVA's website in the article NITYA SEVA is perfectly OK, because it provides information related to the article. utcursch | talk 10:18, 24 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to street children. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Other similar organizational links have also now been removed from the street children article. The presence of other inappropriate links does not mean it's OK for you to do the same. Your link in no way meets our guidelines for the articles it has been added to. Using multiple IPs over several months to add the link to multiple articles over and over again despite repeated deletions is not welcome. You are encouraged to add neutral and non-promotional content to our articles, but promoting a particular organization is inappropriate. -- SiobhanHansa 17:37, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Editors adding this link:

This is your last warning.
The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Bhopal, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from any site that uses the MediaWiki spam blacklist, which includes all of Wikimedia and Wikipedia. -- SiobhanHansa 00:41, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is not OK to use this encyclopedia as a way to promote another organization. You have been asked to refrain from doing so on many occasions. Despite the organization'snoble mission, your actions meet our encyclopedia's definition of linkspam if you wish not to be called a spammer here you have to stop spamming. Please direct your marketing and communications efforts elsewhere. -- SiobhanHansa 19:41, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Response to talk page questions

[edit]

Do you know Bhopal? Do you know the situation of street children in India and worldwide? Do you serve? Do you care for needies? Are you doing social work? Do you understand this theme? Are you involved to make this world a little better.

No. Not so much India or limited to children, but homelessness in general in Thailand and the US, yes. Yes. Yes. Social justice work rather than being a qualified social worker. Yes. Yes. Does this help you at all? -- SiobhanHansa 22:26, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
