Prime People Plc is a British company providing recruitment and executive search services.
At present the group includes Macdonald & Company, Prime Insight and Prime Pharma. The Group is organised by sector brands, which operate from the Group’s offices in London, Manchester, Hong Kong, Dubai, Johannesburg and Singapore.
History
Prime People Plc has been trading since 1984 and in June 2004 moved to AiM having been on the main London market since May 1995. The company was the subject of a reverse takeover by Macdonald & Company Group Ltd in 2006 and dealing on AiM in an enlarged Share Capital commenced on 4 January 2006.
Current Operations
Prime People PLC is a global specialist recruitment business headquartered in the UK. It has offices in London and Manchester, Hong Kong, Dubai, Johannesburg and Singapore. The group’s current recruitment operations address requirements for executive, professional and technical staff working in the Real Estate & Built Environment, Energy & Environmental, Insight & Analytics and Pharmaceutical sectors.
The Group plans to further build its share of UK and International activity in the above and new markets organically and by incubating businesses or acquiring teams to: • Grow existing areas of specialism where demand from clients suggest this is appropriate • Further develop its focus on Energy & Environmental and Pharmaceuticals • Build on the opportunities provided by its international offices in Hong Kong, Dubai, Johannesburg and Singapore. Where the Group is able to identify acquisition targets of an appropriate size and operational fit it aims to pursue these.
Macdonald & Company
Macdonald & Company is the only recruitment consultancy to be approved by the Royal Insititution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Established in 1994, the company provides an iinovative, personal and confidential recruitment service to the property and construction industries throughout the UK and Worldwide. The company operates a highly confidential database of candidates who are either actively or passively seeking alternative employment.
Macdonald & Company deal exclusively in the recruitment of property professionals across the world, acting for a diverse range of clients including banks, consultancies, property companies, funds, institutions, developers - indeed, any organisation that occupies, owns, invests in or advises on property. Macdonald & Company undertake assignments from graduate level and contract/freelance staff.
Prime Insight
Prime Insight deal exclusively with the recruitment of Customer Insight, Market Research and Data Analysis professionals - acting for a diverse range of clients in different sectors including Retail, FMCG, Telecoms , Financial Services and Consultancy.
Prime Pharma
Prime Pharma is a professional recruitment consultancy deals exclusively in the recruitment of medical professionals across the world, acting for a diversea range of clients including drug discovery, clincial development and the post-approval processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
