I was blocked for creating a page for an organisation and even had the account on the same name, i have already requested for a user name change after getting unblocked I'll not indulge in any of the Promotional activities like creating an organisations page and so.

I'm not convinced you understand the purpose of Wikipedia, and why your inappropriate promotional edits were removed. You have not described how you will contribute if unblocked.
