[edit]- Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Pink Friday. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Yves (talk) 05:36, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
- Everything I've added or changed is factual. If you change it, I will fix your incorrect statements and cite proper references. Thanks.
- There was no reason to revert the edit. The album was released on the nineteenth, and the names of additional songs are not notable in any way to mention in the lead of the article. Thank you. Yves (talk) 05:53, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
- Just a note: the first release date is to be used in album articles. Thank you. Yves (talk) 05:57, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
Erroneous material
[edit]As funny as this was (especially since the tag does say 'unsourced material may be removed'), generally the proper course of action does not involve blanking the page. More proper, when encountering an unsourced article, is to try to find sources for it, and barring that, proposing its deletion or taking it to Articles for Deletion. Hopefully that will help in the future (and feel free to do that for the article in question, too). — Isarra (talk) 06:03, 4 April 2012 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for April 15
[edit]Hi. When you recently edited Roman Holiday (song), you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Spin and Pop (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

File permission problem with File:Martin Bregman, film producer.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Martin Bregman, film producer.jpg, which you've sourced to http://www.celebritux.com/12791-martin-bregman/. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 15:26, 6 March 2013 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for May 22
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Kevin Rudolf, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Let It Rock (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 11:35, 6 July 2013 (UTC)
Your recent editing history at Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Dan56 (talk) 14:41, 6 July 2013 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did at Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, you may be blocked from editing. Dan56 (talk) 05:41, 8 July 2013 (UTC)
Please stop making edits which do not reflect established consensus that has been discussed at the article's talk page, as you did here. Such edits may constitute vandalism and can result in the loss of your editing privileges. Please discuss controversial edits on the article's talk page here (click me). Thank you. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Orphaned non-free image File:Martin Bregman.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Martin Bregman.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:48, 1 June 2017 (UTC)
