Your images at Hanukkah Eve Wind Storm

Hi thanks for your work on that article. Just a suggestion, some people, like me, have older monitors that render your images very dark. I know the situations pictured took place at night, but if if it's possible to lighten the images a notch or two, I'd be grateful. Thanks! Katr67 15:49, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'll see what I can do with the images, don't know if have a program to lighten them up...it was another dark rainy day in Seattle at the time:-P I also have to fix some minor typos and sentences too. Thanks again!

More on Hanukkuh storm

Turning out well

The article is turning out pretty well. I'm an atmospheric science major so I had a lot of interest in the storm from here in Seattle. Many trees in my neighborhood came down, but somehow we didn't loose power. The carbon monoxide deaths were pretty crazy for the week following the storm and people freezing and either getting help from neighbors (KOMO and KIRO radio stations in Seattle helped connect people in need with other citizens with supplies) or go to Red Cross shelters. Perhaps i'll add something about that sometime as it got attention in the media. Awesome for getting some info for McKenna, WA.
