Inder Chahal moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Inder Chahal, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello Musicalmohit. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Musicalmohit. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Musicalmohit|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. GSS (talk|c|em) 08:00, 19 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You still have not responded or taken action to the inquiry regarding your appearance as an undisclosed paid editor. If you make any additional edits without complying you may be blocked from editing. Yunshui  15:23, 19 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Off-wiki evidence proves that you have been openly lying about your connection with the subjects of articles you have created. Since you are clearly not willing to work within Wikipedia's policies, and since you have demonstrated that you cannot be trusted to be upfront about your paid editing, I have blocked your account. Yunshui  22:24, 20 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Yunshui: Hi Yunshui, I totally understand Wikipedia's paid contribution policy and I refrain from making such edits or updates on the website as I know how stringently and religiously such policies are followed here. Without a proper reason, sources and realising whether the particular update or edit is required on Wiki or not, I have never ever made any such edit on Wiki (please check my previous contributions). This is the first time I have received such warning, please let me know what information I can provide to you for lifting the ban and if you prefer you can remove that page as my intention was only to contribtute and no other motive. As being a Wiki user myself, I totally understand the importance of these policies and have no motive of breaking the rules whatsoever.

I know it's not related, but just like Wikipedia I am active on other similar websites like Quora and I have always followed the rules and try to contribute my best to the community, you can check my contributions there - link. Request you to reconsider your decision regarding my ban and let me be a contributor here.
