In April 2014 you were given the offer of staying away from Wikipedia for six months, and then coming back and requesting an unblock. Had you taken up that offer, your request would have been considered, but instead you chose not to take up that offer, but instead you ignore the block and keep creating new accounts to try to evade the block.
