"As Inspired from leaders around the world, his involvement towards hospitality, Adaptability, Patience, Perception and Vision towards society makes him to contest in the election held at his college for the post of College General Secretary in the year 1988" is one example of peacock language. The draft is full of such language.

It seems unlikely that this author, who is doing what he is being paid to do, which is to praise his subject, will satisfy Wikipedia, which requires neutrality.
