Hi, I'm a newcomer so can you please explain why a photo that is uploaded to Wikipedia appears in your Free Uploads page. Are you responsible for those photos in any way? If so I would like to ask you why an email from the copyright owner giving Wikipedia full usage permission has still not enabled that photo to be accepted (after 5 days). I am referring to this photo: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/File:Keith_Paterson,_Age_UK%27s_joint_Internet_Champion_for_2012.jpg Or are you just collecting all the photos that are available for free in Wikipedia? And that anyone (even I for instance) can do the same? If this is the case, what is the whole idea of such a collection, if you don't mind my asking.
