Thank you for your work! Cranmr —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cranmr (talkcontribs) 18:35, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

And thank you for yours, you've put some incredible effort in on getting referenced news items in there over the past few days. Hard to believe that article was even nominated for speedy deletion- 10 minutes on Google News turned up tons of references, and commissioner of a county with a city the size of Pittsburgh in it could hardly fail to qualify for notability. All the best, MuffledThud (talk) 18:44, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article seems to meet the critea now for keeping. Good work. ;) TheAE talk/sign 23:24, 2 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Don´t touch the interwiki please

About NTC&Logistics

The article I created wikipedia (english version) is a University project, I´m currently developing the Portuguese Version, and I NEED to creat a interwiki to some other wikipédia, if you whant sources and you can read portuguese, go to the portuguese version of the article. Please stop messing with my work, I need a grade by the end of the semester and I will put sources on that stub! Just don´t touch it.

Thx for setting the category by the way.

Best Regards RuiDAlmeida 12h04min de 18 of March 2009 (UTC)

I deleted the interwiki link because it was a dead link. You created that stub with the dead interwiki, then walked away from it for 6 days. I won't "mess with your work" now, because there now is a stub on the other end of the link. But please don't expect editors to ignore problems with articles in order to help you with your homework. Thanks, MuffledThud (talk) 19:10, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

But please stop give village-article's delete marks. villages are notable. //Anton Andrejev —Preceding unsigned comment added by Antonin Andrejev (talkcontribs) 23:58, 23 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I got it, donkey! I am 14 and from Kazakhstan. Do you think i can create great articles? //Antonin Andrejev —Preceding unsigned comment added by Antonin Andrejev (talkcontribs) 00:04, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I certainly do think you can create great articles. Read about how to do it in Wikipedia:Your first article. Slow down! Create one article, and add some detail to it: information, references, etc. I'd quite like to learn about some of these interesting-sounding places in Kazakhstan. But don't just fire lots of one-line articles out like a machine gun, and expect them to stay up. Ask me for help: I'm happy to give it, as long as you're willing to put the time in. MuffledThud (talk) 00:09, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have done a small expansion on Ojtal. Take a look at this map [1]. //Antonin —Preceding unsigned comment added by Antonin Andrejev (talkcontribs) 00:17, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. ttonyb1 (talk) 00:37, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't create it myself: I moved it from a spam page to an article about a notable company. MuffledThud (talk) 00:38, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Gotcha, I suggest you hangon tag it. I am lacking Notability here. Thanks... ttonyb1 (talk) 00:41, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sure you're at least as notable as I am, and getting more notable by the day. :-) MuffledThud (talk) 00:42, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks...I got to say I am impressed with the effort you are putting in on the article. Don't forget to register your thoughts in [2]. ttonyb1 (talk) 01:11, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, I will once I make it into a decent article. You know, I have no idea why I'm doing this. MuffledThud (talk) 01:14, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
LOL - I say that all the time. It must be the most common statement made by Wikipedia editors. ttonyb1 (talk) 01:24, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Muffled Thud thank you for ordering the inline refrences the only inline refrence for the book is on Yale's libraries page it links there than it is timed out if you put it in the orbis finder it finds it-- —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.229.16.227 (talk) 03:07, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

the olympic correspondant citation can be done by volume and issue number the only online refrence to the inline citation would be at highbeam research which charges for access

You're quite welcome. I've put that Orbis reference back on now. Pay-per-view references like Highbeam really are a pain; I run into that problem all the time. MuffledThud (talk) 03:15, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

the other book cited- thats all for citations the whitney museum one used to on its annual report but thats down now - so whats has got to go can go- thanks again. Is Muffled Thud a refrence to Wallace Steven's "Rattapallax" ?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.229.16.227 (talk) 03:43, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, it's just my signature sound. Wish it was a clever literary reference. Haven't read "Rattapallax", semi-literate that I am, but will have to check that out, thanks. MuffledThud (talk) 03:50, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It was his word for thunder. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.229.16.227 (talk) 04:04, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

thud why is the notability still in question? there is no more to be done to establish the notability than for the subject to do something well additionally notable and the only conflict of intrests to be noted is when one bank bought out another — Preceding unsigned comment added by 167.206.79.227 (talkcontribs)

At the moment it fails WP:BIO and WP:CREATIVE, so an admin is likely to delete it (though I'm not an admin myself). MuffledThud (talk) 23:05, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
dear muffled -I would think that writing a lead essay in an MIT journal after a history changing event would render someone notable — Preceding unsigned comment added by 167.206.79.227 (talkcontribs)
So would I. Unfortunately, our opinions don't necessarily fit in with the WP criteria for notability (see links above). MuffledThud (talk) 23:39, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"d) is represented within the permanent collections of several notable galleries or museums, or had works in many significant libraries." from the wiki notability parameters —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.65.6.195 (talk) 10:29, 27 March 2009 (UTC) first let me say this respondant thinks that you did an excellent job reordering the refrences- however not to take issue with you but the notability has been proved besdies the books which are in major libraries the PAJ essays are in almost every major academic library in the United States so on the creative end this entry qualifies[reply]

I have removed the {{prod}} tag from Gesupur, which you proposed for deletion. I'm leaving this message here to notify you about it. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to the article. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks!
