Hi MsDPrice. As the above message states, I've drafitied NeezyThaDon to give you the opportunity to continue working on it if you like. The version of the article you created in the article namespace simply was not ready and was almost certain to be tagged for speedy deletion like before. A previous version of the same article was deleted by an administrator named Espresso Addict a few weeks ago per speedy deletion criterion G11 and this latest version is basically the same. So, before you try and recreate the article again, I strongly suggest you take a look at Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not, Wikipedia:The answer to life, the universe, and everything and Wikipedia:Notability (people) for reference. If after reading those pages, you still feel that it's not too soon for an article about NeezyThaDon to be created, you may work on improving the draft until you think it's ready for review. When you think it's ready, you can click on the blue "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the draft, and it will be submitted for review.
