Warnings

[edit]

March 2008

[edit]
  1. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to SWF (disambiguation), did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. KnightLago (talk) 01:12, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  2. Do not removed AfD notices from articles...this is considered vandalism. Removing the notice does not affect the discussion, but you may comment in the discussion of you want. Thanks. Nikki311 18:58, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  3. This is your final warning. If you remove the AfD tag from an article one more time you will be reported as a vandal.--Torchwood Who? (talk) 04:04, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  4. This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you delete or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia, you will be blocked from editing. Cahk (talk) 04:28, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 12 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for disruptive editing. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. Kralizec! (talk) 04:37, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop placing AFD templates on user pages. This is vandalism and if you persist, you will be blocked from editing. Atlant (talk) 20:08, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is the only warning you will receive. Your recent vandalism will not be tolerated. Although vandalizing articles on occasions that are days or weeks apart from each other sometimes prevents editors from being blocked, your continued vandalism constitutes a long term pattern of abuse. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Cahk (talk) 09:40, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Halloween perros 34.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Halloween perros 34.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. AfD Nomination: Steven Galvan

[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but all Wikipedia articles must meet our criteria for inclusion (see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Since it does not seem that Steven Galvan meets these criteria, an editor has started a discussion about whether this article should be kept or deleted.

Your opinion on whether this article meets the inclusion criteria is welcome. Please contribute to the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Steven Galvan. Don't forget to add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of each of your comments to sign them.

Discussions such as these usually last five days. In the meantime, you are free to edit the content of the article. Please do not remove the "articles for deletion" template (the box at the top). When the discussion has concluded, a neutral third party will consider all comments and decide whether or not to delete the article. Torchwood Who? (talk) 05:20, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Halloween perros 34.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Halloween perros 34.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 12:25, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination

If you wish to add your comment to the AfD nomination on your article, please do so by writing

Your userpage

[edit]

Hello Mr Niebla, why do you think it is necessary to copy KnightLago's and my userpage on your one? This gives the impression you want to adorn yourself with borrowed plumes and may lead to confusion. --Oxymoron83 15:52, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Agree with Oxymoron. Please explain. KnightLago (talk) 19:02, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
After not receiving a response I have deleted your user page. While copying is permitted under GFDL, previous authorship must be credited, which you have not done. Furthermore, you are claiming a lot of achievements which are not yours, and this is very misleading to other editors. You are welcome to recreate it with truthful statements about your interests. Please let me know if you have any questions. KnightLago (talk) 17:10, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Images with no fair use rationale

[edit]

I have tagged Image:Damian 666 el bibi.jpg and Image:Heavymetalwarrior.jpg, as neither has a fair use rationale. They will be deleted in one week unless a fair use rationale is added. As a heads up, copyrighted images of living people are not covered by fair use terms if they are used simply as a means of visual identification of the subject. These appear to be replaceable pictures, so I do not believe that fair use terms apply. GaryColemanFan (talk) 23:11, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
