Blocked as a sockpuppet

You have been blocked indefinitely as a sockpuppet of a banned or blocked user and for vandalism. As a blocked or banned user you are not entitled to edit Wikipedia. All your edits have been reverted.

Request reason:

i am confused.... what have i done wrong..... One of my friends from colledge asked my to vote for him on some article on this website. I did and i get accused of being a sock puppet. What is a sock puppet? What on earth have i done wrong? I am on a school ip, so you arent blocking one person you are blocking a school of people

Decline reason:

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Based on what you said, about your friend asking you to vote for him, you have not engaged in sockpuppetry, but the 3rd party process will help sort it out. Rather, this is called Meatpuppetry: debates on this site are virtually never "votes," so the number of users is unimportant: what matters is to get a clean and unbiased view of what the Wikipedia community thinks of an issue. When someone asks their friends to help them in a debate, it only screws things up. And it can look like they created themselves a bunch of new accounts so they could vote multiple times.
