Response: Indeed, I should not have changed taken out the <blockquote> tags (thanks for the revert). On the Department of the Treasury's page (see the google cache of the page because treas.gov is currently down), the letter includes a space inbetween the paragraphs. I have added more <br /> tags in order to keep this. Is this a proper correction? If no, you may revert my edit. --Fotinakis 22:41, 28 July 2005 (UTC)
