AfD nomination of Leroy J. Gibbs

[edit]

I have nominated Leroy J. Gibbs, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Leroy J. Gibbs. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Scapler (talk) 17:57, 2 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know why you keep doing it, but please stop adding a lump of blankspace to this article, there is no need for it and it looks a mess--Jac16888 (talk) 06:05, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In the future, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Also, consider providing edit summary for your edits as this helps other editors understand the nature of your edits. LeaveSleaves 02:07, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

[edit]

It is inappropriate to add season rankings to an article about a TV series in the middle of the season. Please refer to TV project guidelines. Thank you. 209.247.22.164 (talk) 14:19, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Edits to NCIS

[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In the future, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thank you. 12 edits in a row to make minor changes is completely unnecessary. RainbowOfLight Talk 23:28, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

More NCIS edits

[edit]

You have repeatedly readded trivia ("Gibbs' rules") to the NCIS article after they have been removed. You have made no attempt to declare why they would be a valuable addition to the article in the current discussion at the article's talk page. I refer you to Wikipedia's policies on trivia, edit wars, and the 3-revert rule. While you have not yet violated the latter 2 policies, I would hate to see people start warning you, and possibly banning you, based on your repeated edits. Please participate in the discussion at the article's talk page which I linked above, if you feel this needs to be included in the article. RainbowOfLight Talk 06:23, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

January 2009

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Criminal Minds. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. NCIS UK stat

[edit]

Hi

I just wondered if you had access to UK stats, cable and/or terrestrial ?
I took stats from BARB website last week for the section "Other areas", and yesterday they had changed them ! I copied them into txt file so I know they were definately ok when I took them

thanks--Chaosdruid (talk) 23:48, 31 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Damn! just saw your Gibbs page was deleted - shame--Chaosdruid (talk) 23:51, 31 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

UK stats NCIS

[edit]

Hi

Can you make sure you change the reference as at the moment it is still saying BARB figures ?

thanks--Chaosdruid (talk) 01:49, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Lol sry - just realised why the figures didn't make sense when I was checking them last week - as you rightly spotted I was a week out !!

Thanks for correcting that --Chaosdruid (talk) 01:54, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Also looks like we were both wrong, you put the mid week one in, it's on a Friday on Five - I hate figures late at night --Chaosdruid (talk) 01:58, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

NCIS

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from NCIS. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. MOS non-compliance

[edit]

Please explain this edit and this one, sonce you made no attempt to do so with edit summaries. Wikipedia:Manual of Style (dates and numbers)#Years states, "Year ranges, like all ranges, are separated by an en dash, not a hyphen or slash: 2005–06 is a two-year range, whereas 2005/06 is a period of twelve months or less such as a sports season or a financial year. A closing CE/AD year is normally written with two digits (1881–86) unless it is in a different century from that of the opening year (1881–1986)." Since all of the years are within the same decade and therefore within the same century, this edit is appropriate. Do not revert this change again. Discuss it on the article's talk page. Thankyou. --AussieLegend (talk) 04:02, 14 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Flgas

[edit]

Hi Mr. Chicago! Thank you for your edit to Scrubs (TV series). However, it is generally accepted not to include flags into infoboxes. You may want to read MOS:FLAG for more information. I encourage you to edit as much as you can. Don't be afraid to "break" some "rules", someone will let you know. BOVINEBOY2008 :) 01:06, 18 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

But seriously, if you find your edits are getting reverted. Just stop and discuss it. Either take it to the articles talk page or to the individuals user talk page. We do kind of have a weird formatting style that may be hard to get use to, but there is a policy against edit warring. Edit warring is disruptive to the article and specifically, you can (and probably will) be blocked if you make the same reversions within 24 hours. You may want to read the policy here. Scrubs

[edit]

Please stop reverting me regardng merging the premise section with the intro. You do realise that the two sections are effectively the same thing? Friends, Two and a Half Men, Lost (TV series), Heroes (TV series). None of these have premise sections, and it was stated in the articles last review that it should have a longer introduction.--Jac16888Talk 10:03, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Seriously, if you're gonna keep reverting me on this will you at least give me a bloody reason for it--Jac16888Talk 11:21, 22 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thats rubbish. Changing two paragraphs without a break into 4 does not make it more difficult to understand, the introduction should be longer per WP:MOS and my main point stands, several Good and featured articles about tv shows do not have a premise section, so neither should scrubs, and it was made clear in the articles last review that it needs a longer introduction to become a good or featured article--Jac16888Talk 21:39, 22 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Its ok, I was being a bit too aggressive, so sorry as well--Jac16888Talk 20:27, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

how intrested are you in scrubs, and are you willing to work a lot to make a good job of it. --Pedro J. the rookie 03:14, 26 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Television show ratings

[edit]

I'm wondering how you are working the ratings for various TV shows. For example, you made this edit to CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, changing the ratings from the previous week to the current week with this source. It appears to me that this is not a running average of ratings, but simply this week's ratings. This seems like an inappropriate type of change to me. Can you provide a better explanation of what you are doing? Huntster (t @ c) 04:22, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Castle Season Ratings Table

[edit]

Your edits to the ratings table for Castle have been reverted. We had just discussed improvements to the table that removed errors and inaccurate ratings data, as well as clutter and crowding of data. If you feel changes are in order, please join the discussion and reach consensus before making any further edits. Drmargi (talk) 20:14, 20 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

NCIS/Jack Webb

[edit]

I was wondering why you added the NCIS template to the top of the Jack Webb/Mark VII Limited template here. I noticed it because it appeared on the Richard Boone article. Boone died in 1981 so it's obvious he didn't appear on NCIS. I've reverted that change. Thanks. Wildhartlivie (talk) 18:36, 27 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In the past you edited the article Jeff Winger from the TV Series Community. I'm not exactly sure why but this article has been nominated for deletion. Your input in this AfD would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Anubis3 (talk) 20:49, 3 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

December 2009

[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. When you make a change to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to List of CSI: Miami episodes. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit. It is also useful when reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. Mûĸĸâĸûĸâĸû 20:40, 8 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Omar Benson Miller

[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Omar Benson Miller. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Omar Benson Miller. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:17, 8 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Big Time Rush

[edit]

"Boyfriend" did in fact debut this week at number 79 on the Hot 100. See this. Also, you might want to start using an edit summary as it may be frustrating to other editors when you don't, including myself. EnDaLeCoMpLeX (contributions) • (let's chat) 02:58, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Young Justice

[edit]

Why do you keep moving the image in that section down? It looks better at the very top, plus the first paragraph of the section talks about the main cast, which the image focuses on.-5- (talk) 04:24, 31 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
