Very nice work expanding the connexon article. One small formatting issue - references are supposed to go after punctuation (periods and commas), not before. I fixed them, but please bear that in mind going forward. More significantly - you have statements that are not obviously tied to cited sources. For example, in the "Structure" section, the last sentence in the first two paragraphs lacks a citation, while the third paragraph, the "Degradation" section, there are no sources cited at all.
