"Publish changes" means...
[edit]...saved, but it also means public. While an editor's Sandbox will not be found by any Wikipedia-internal or external searches, another editor can find all of an editor's contributions, in chronological order. That includes what an editor has deleted. David notMD (talk) 20:55, 6 May 2021 (UTC)
