Hi, please provide the source for this image on the image's talk page; otherwise it may be deleted. Thanks, JYolkowski // talk 22:42, 25 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If you took the photo, it isn't valid to designate it as "fair use" (see WP:FU for more information on fair use). Works contributed by their author need to be released under an open content licence. Take a look at the tags listed at WP:ICT#For_image_creators, add it to the image description page (along with a mention that you took the photo), and remove all of the tags relating to fair use. If you have any other such images, you may want to do the same for them. Cheers, JYolkowski // talk 20:58, 29 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:Dakota2.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Thank you. adnghiem501 06:51, 31 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have, for now, tagged this image as {{GFDL-presumed}}. By uploading an image of your own you agree by default to license it under the terms of the GFDL. I suggest that you, as the uploader, replace the "{{GFDL-presumed|Lupo}}" now on Image:Dakota2.jpg by "{{GFDL-self}}". Thanks for uploading this nice image, but please remember for future uploads to always give a source and license for all images. All the best, Lupo 08:34, 31 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits, such as those you made to Ashley Cole. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing. —Snigbrook 13:33, 22 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have been indefinitely blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. Vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our neutral point of view policy will not be tolerated.
