- It doesn't matter whether this text has been published by the subject somewhere, text is considered to be copyrighted unless explicitly stated otherwise. For us to use the text either the copyright holder (presumably the subject) would need to do one of the things outlined in WP:IOWN. It is quite possible that the Arabic Wikipedia version is also a copyright violation. I suggest you just rewrite it, the tone of much of it was not suitable for an encyclopedia article in any case.
