[edit]I think I've fixed it. Don't blank the archive page -- instead, make sure you're on the User talk:Mooncrest page (not the archive page), and blank or replace the redirect (as I just did). NawlinWiki (talk) 20:40, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
RE: History tab
[edit]I'm not sure which article you're referring to. Editing Pillars of Literacy does not exist. - Rjd0060 (talk) 21:27, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
Re: Status Template
[edit]OK, I added it to your page. Unfortunately, you have to update the status manually by changing the in
to something else.
Here are the options:
If you are → | Online | Offline | Busy |
---|---|---|---|
Use → | in | out | busy |
Alternate → | online | offline | meh |
If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Cheers! J.delanoygabsadds 22:06, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
Vandal warnings
[edit]You can do those yourself -- you do not have to be an administrator to give warnings. See Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace for a list of warning templates. NawlinWiki (talk) 23:19, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Yuki Kure requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. J.delanoygabsadds 16:53, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
You don't have to apologize. If you want to get an article ready before you copy it to the actual article, click on this link and make the article there.
It may be helpful to read WP:FIRST as well. J.delanoygabsadds 17:06, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
Anime and Manga
[edit]You made a comment on my talk page about anime and manga, but you didn't give any context. I make a lot of edits, and I rarely remember individual ones. I am very familiar with anime and manga and that most anime start off as manga, but I'm interested to know what you were pertaining to nonetheless. Mnealon (talk) 14:41, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
Awards
[edit]I couldn't fit this in my userpage so I'm gonna put it in here. Mooncrest (talk) 21:45, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
Re: Hi
[edit]OK, I re-arranged your userpage somewhat. Is that what you were looking for? Also, do you want me to change the color of "online" in your status box so that is it not so dark? J.delanoygabsadds 23:59, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
- You're not a bother at all. I usually just do normal boring stuff, so I like it when someone asks me to do something like you did. It not only allows me to help out, it is much more fun to play around with formatting that to fight vandals. If need help in the future, feel free to ask. Cheers! J.delanoygabsadds 00:04, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
- Well, I am (by my own confession) a first-class nerd, so I like doing things like that. I'm not saying I don't like fighting vandals and deleting unencyclopedic pages, it's just that it is monotonous, always the same thing. I rarely do anything but fight vandals, so working on your userpage was not only enjoyable from the standpoint of doing it, it was a welcome change from my normal hum-drum routine. J.delanoygabsadds 00:12, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for the star! And it was a pleasure to help you out. Have a wonderful day! (or afternoon, night, wickedly-early-morning, whatever.. :-) J.delanoygabsadds 04:06, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

Can you help me find a wikiquote userbox? Please and Thank you! Mooncrest (talk) 16:53, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think Wikiquote uses userboxes. Or do you mean one that says you're a member of Wikiquote too? Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells • Otter chirps • HELP) 16:56, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
- I don't see one, but you can check the template at the bottom of Wikipedia:Userboxes and see if you can find one. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells • Otter chirps • HELP) 17:13, 9 August 2008 (UTC)

Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Mooncrest! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to this article, it would greatly help us with the current 2 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Daisuke Kirii - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
Thanks!--DASHBot (talk) 18:00, 2 January 2010 (UTC)
The article Daisuke Kirii has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- I could find no reliable sources or significant independent coverage to verify that this individual meets either general or WP:ENT notability criteria for inclusion.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 18:09, 8 December 2010 (UTC)
Survey
[edit]Hi Mooncret!
I have put together a survey for female editors of Wikipedia (and related projects) in order to explore, in greater detail, women's experiences and roles within the Wikimedia movement. It'd be wonderful if you could participate!
It's an independent survey, done by me, as a fellow volunteer Wikimedian. It is not being done on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation. I hope you'll participate!
Just click this link to participate in this survey, via Google!
Any questions or concerns, feel free to email me or stop by my user talk page. Also, feel free to share this any other female Wikimedians you may know. It is in English, but any language Wikimedia participants are encouraged to participate. I appreciate your contributions - to the survey and to Wikipedia! Thank you!
