Shearer

[edit]

If you are Mr. Shearer, please confirm your identity by following the instructions written at WP:REALNAME(primarily the second paragraph). In general, articles are not removed merely due to the wishes of the subject, because Wikipedia summarizes what independent reliable sources state about topics that meet Wikipedia's special defintion of notability- in this case, the definition of a notable person. If you wish to argue that you are not a notable person, please open an Articles for Deletion discussion. If you find the coding too challenging, I would be willing to do so on your behalf. The sourcing of the article could stand improvement, and if that's not possible, there may be a case to be made. 331dot (talk) 12:14, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I would note that Wikipedia's computers are located in the United States, which does not yet recognize a "right to be forgotten". 331dot (talk) 12:17, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
