Tour d’Azerbaïdjan

In removing the tag stating that the section "About Azerbaidjan" is off-topic, let me point out that we already have an article on the country here. Therefore, the information should not be duplicated in an article about a cycling tour, but instead simply linked to. If you look at the article Tour de France, you will find that it has no section titled "About France". -- Blanchardb -^{Me•MyEars•MyMouth}- timed 16:56, 9 April 2013 (UTC)
