User talk:Momo Hemo
Welcome
[edit]Hello, Momo Hemo, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions; I hope you like the place and decide to stay. We're glad to have you in our community! Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- If you haven't already, drop by the New user log and tell others a bit about yourself.
- Always sign your posts on talk pages! That way, others will know who left which comments. (which you've done, good for you.)
- The Five Pillars of Wikipedia
- Simplified Ruleset
- How to edit a page
- Editing, policy, conduct, and structure tutorial
- Picture tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Naming conventions
- Manual of Style
- Wikipedia Glossary
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Though we all make mistakes (some larger than others), here is what Wikipedia is not. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to see the help pages or add a question to the village pump. The Community Portal can also be very useful. Also, you can drop me a line by clicking my name in the signature and the 'discussion' tab.
Happy editing!
P.S. To break through that form stuff, glad to have you on board as part of WikiProject Halo. Good day! :) --David Fuchs, the most supreme, but not really 06:25, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
WikiProject Halo
[edit]
Wikiproject Halo Call to Members In order to streamline and coordinate further improvement to Halo-related articles, there is an active roll call to all Wikipedians who put themselves down as participants. To show your continued involvement in the project, simply go here and sign your name. If you do not wish to be active, et al, simply ignore this notice and you will not be bugged again. Thanks, David Fuchs (talk / frog blast the vent core!) |
Information on Plot Summaries
[edit]I'm not sure if this is the appropriate way to do this, but I don't have a lot of time unfortunately. I was looking for information on the policies and guidelines for plots and plot summaries. If it is possible, specific information on tv show plot summaries or something similar. I was also interested in knowing what the tag is for an overly long plot summary.
Admin coaching
[edit]Hiya,
You asked about Admin coaching. The best advice I have for now is, you actually don't need much coaching (as such) at this time.
You have a number of edits on a nice range of articles. However, your editing history is short and intermittent -- some 30 edits on three days in December 2006, a few edits in January/February 2007, then again a few more in June, and 8 in the last 4 days of September to date.
Your main requirement at this point will be a track record, and this account would need to build that. Although RfA contributors vary in their criteria and views, most look for some kind of extended and solid track record of involvement; you'll need to decide whether you are intending to edit to a significant degree, or "now and then". That's your first requirement. Without that, nobody can really advise on the next thing, which is the quality and balance of your track record.
Thats your starting point!
A second one is, what do you think adminship involves? What will it mean?
Good luck and hope this helps. If you have questions, let me know! FT2 (Talk | email) 10:13, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
