Soldier video

Hi, just letting you know why I had to remove the commentary on the views of the average Afgani on the Taliban from the soldier video article. That general info belongs on the Taliban page; Its a wikipedia policy to minimise duplication so we need to keep what we include in each article very specific (sourced specific reactions are fine, but we cant use unsourced generalisations). Hi, adding this information is not a big deal and I don't see why you are making such a big deal out of it. The article is very short, and it's about Afghans being victimized/humiliated so it is very important that we explain to the readers that the Taliban are viewed as "enemies of Afghanistan" by the general population in Afghanistan. An encyclopedia is suppose to present to the readers information in a neutral and informative way and that is what I'm trying to do.

As Clovis Sangrail said, it simply does not belong there. Please stop adding it. I have started a discussion about the issue here. Stockmile (talk) 11:34, 13 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
