Image Tagging Image:Noica.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Noica.jpg. I notice it currently doesn't have an image copyright tag, so its copyright status is therefore unclear. Please add a tag to let us know its copyright status. (If you created/took the picture then you can use {{gfdl}} to release it under the GFDL. If you can claim fair use use {{fairuse}}.) If you don't know what any of this means, just let me know on the image description page where you got the images and I'll tag them for you. Otherwise, see Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use. Thanks so much. --Secretlondon 12:54, 9 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Zune sales unnecessary clause

[edit]

(cur) (last) 08:25, 25 January 2007 Molteanu (Talk | contribs) (→Sales - Apple retail stores also sells non-Apple equipment (i.e.: Bose), so it is not exactly common knowledge that the only mp3 player sold is iPod.)

Why is it necessary to add this? I would make the same argument that Microsoft Zune features non-Zune equipment (Altec Lansing) on it's website Zune.net. It's not really interesting for the reader. Plus it is implied that Apple sells their own product the iPod. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Getonyourfeet (talkcontribs) 09:27, 25 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Maybe you ment in your argument that Apple supporting stores are only allow to sell iPod portable media devices ...if this is true then it would be a surprising clause. Otherwise it is a unnecessary burden for the reader to pick this up and waste of 3 secs of their life. Getonyourfeet 09:40, 25 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I replaced with "(thus the cited percentage is higher than the real market share percentage)", because this is what is entailed by the fact that the Apple stores data is not included and Apple stores sells only iPods. Marian 07:30, 26 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of CodeGuide

[edit]

An editor has nominated CodeGuide, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/CodeGuide and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 04:59, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
