Non-free image use
[edit]Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload images. However, it appears that one or more of the images you have uploaded or added to a page, specifically Iran national football team, may fail our non-free image policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted image of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our Non-free image criteria. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:11, 4 September 2017 (UTC)
- Please refer to Wikipedia:Files for discussion/2016 February 17#File:Football Federation Islamic Republic of Iran.png for the relevant discussion about the file's non-free use. If you have any questions about why the image is not allowed to be used in that article, feel free to ask the administrator (User talk:Graeme Bartlett) who closed the discussion, or ask for help at WP:MCQ or WT:NFCC. Many of the football team logos you see on Wikipedia are non-free content, which means that they must satisfy Wikipedia's non-free content use policy each time they are used. Please carefully look over the links to the pages I've added above (the blue links) because non-free content use can be tricky and its easy to make mistakes. It's OK to make a mistake once and perhaps maybe even twice, but making the same mistake over and over again is not OK. So, when in doubt, it's best to ask for help. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:14, 4 September 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. jd22292 (Jalen D. Folf) (talk) 19:30, 8 September 2017 (UTC)
