Hi there. I noticed you werw trying to create similar pages with different spellings. That's good, but you're going about it the wrong way. On Wikipedia we use the Re-Direct tool. Basically, we create our central page, then create new pages with only this tag - #REDIRECT [[Insert page to be redirected to]]. Can you please fix these pages or, if you want me to do it, that's fine. If you have any more questions, just write a comment on my talk page. Thanks Olly150 17:05, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sure no problem, just give the links of your new pages and what changes to the title you want made and I'll do that. Or, you can use the code in the previous comment. Really simple to use. Just create a page (with different spelling/grammar etc.) and then add this bit of code - #REDIRECT [[Partners In Leadership]]. The page would be called...partners in leadership for example. Also, it would probably be a good idea to include the books in the one article, instead of seperate articles, as (as done before), Wikipedia editors might not find sufficent notability for them in their own seperate article. I added some tags - one for the page being under construction - no one should touch the page in regards to deleting. I also added a list of things that need to be done, to make the page reach Wiki standards. These tags will also attract other users to help in the construction of the page. You will notice the 'wikify' tag. Basically, that is to make the article fit into a Wikipedia format (e.g. references, tags, infoboxes, proper formatting etc.) I will help you with that when you have finished the information part. Remember to take out red links - pages that are linked but don't go anywhere. Leave me a comment on anything you will like me to assist you in, and I will surely help. Remember in your lead section - definition always comes first and is always completely neutral, so it will read something like this - Partners In Leadership, Inc. is a management-consulting and training firm, based in Temecula, California. (Leave out the hundreds of active clients bit - to editors, it seems like it's biased.) Possibly the most important piece of advice I could give you is to make sure that it doesn't read like an advertisement, because not only does it raise a red flag, it can also get your page speedily deleted, which is reserved for pages which are so unwikipedic (excuse my english), that they shouldn't be allowed to stay; not even for a day. Oh, and make sure you can prove notabilty (use third-party sources etc.) Any questions, don't hestiate to ask, and when your done with the info, I'll move in and wikify the article. Hi there. No problem - it's what I'm here for. I'm currently trying to save your article from deletion. An editor thinks it's, what we call, Blatant Advertising. So, as soon as that's cleared up, I will fix your article for you. You will have to include the books into the one article, as they seem to have been already deleted, but I will notify you when I'm done. I'll get back to you when the deleting debate is resolved. Problem solved - we can continue editing =] Olly150 22:38, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Journey To The Emerald City: Achieve A Competitive Edge By Creating A Culture Of Accountability, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Journey To The Emerald City: Achieve A Competitive Edge By Creating A Culture Of Accountability is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Journey To The Emerald City: Achieve A Competitive Edge By Creating A Culture Of Accountability, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. A tag has been placed on The Oz Principle: Getting Results Through Individual And Organizational Accountability requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, place the template {{hangon}} underneath the other template on the article and put a note on the page's discussion page saying why this article should stay. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please use deletion review instead of continuing to recreate the page. Thank you. ←Signed:→Mr. E. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Partners In Leadership, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Ros0709 (talk) 22:06, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of speedy deletion tags

[edit]

When you add a hangon tag to an article which has been tagged for speedy deletion, please do not also remove the deletion tag. The hangon tag will give you time to fix the problem before an admin reviews it, but the speedy tag is still needed to alert the admin to the article. Another editor expressed a concern that your user page, User:Mnpil, appears to be designed as advertising, and requested to have it deleted. I have taken off the speedy delete tag to give you time to tone down the advertising content. Hopefully it will be possible for you to edit the user page sufficiently as to satisfy any concerns about self-promotion. Thanks for your attention to this. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 05:01, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
