Juliet Landau[edit]

Please do not replace the current Wikipedia article with her PR biography. I strongly recommend that you review Wikipedia's FAQ and our conflict of interest guideline about what you should and should not do regarding your employer's article. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 22:05, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

October 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Juliet Landau has been reverted. Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '\bmyspace\.com' (link(s): http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=260776825)) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Your alternative account blocked[edit]

I have blocked your second account Ircac because it is a violation of Wikipedia's policy on deceptive alternative accounts. Your attempt at trying to pass off as a "huge fan" did not work as it is blindingly obvious that the same person is behind both accounts. Please do not attempt to use another account to circumvent Wikipedia policy. As I left in my previous message to you, I strongly suggest that you read the links that I provide. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 03:18, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re your message: I am glad that you have taken the time to review the relevant policies. Your update attempt was indeed incorrect as you removed all of the previous content put in by other editors. If you wish to constructively edit Wikipedia, I recommend that you review the Help area of Wikipedia on how to edit and how articles on Wikipedia should be formatted. Your edit summaries indicate that you work for Juliet Landau so you should be extremely careful should you choose to edit her article or any article related to her such as the relevant television or film articles as you do have a conflict of interest in the matter. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 06:24, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Re your message: There is extensive help on how to edit Wikipedia at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia. I don't know what you are referring to when you say that your page can not be found. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 21:15, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
