Hi

[edit]

Hi there, please remember on articles such as Yoshida Family Artists to add categories, sections and to cite your references and sources as it is Wikipedia Policy, I have placed tags on the article to bring it up to standards. Thanks

Hi there, The Yoshida Family Artists article will be perfectly fine aslong as you have added everything what you said you did, it was just to bring it up to Wikipedia standards though thats all! Enjoy 2007 and have a Happy New Year

Thanks for your note. I did not actually put the clean up tag on that. The cleanup tag was added by Egpetersen. You might want to contact him for more info. I would eliminate any parenthetical references and eliminate words like "wildly" and words that set a familiar or chatty tone. The tone should be more objective or neutral. Read WP:NPOV to get more info. Hope this helps. Cheers, :) Dlohcierekim 17:34, 9 October 2007 (UTC) P.S. Not sure why your revision did not take. My advice would be to try again, and make a copy of of the text version in the edit box before you save. Then paste and save that copy into a notepad txt file. I do that so that if one of my revisions disappears, I have a copy I can paste back in and try again with. Hope that helps. Cheers, :) Dlohcierekim 17:39, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings and a question for you.

[edit]

Are you an expert on the Yoshida family? I would like to ask you a question, if you do not mind. Do you know of any of the Yoshida famliy that may have moved to the Kumamoto area of Kyushu? I am searching for information on a Sakuhei Yoshida from the Kumamoto area. Thank you very much. User5802 00:44, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your response. I thought I would give you some information on the Yoshidas if you do not already know this. The Nakatsu were a famous warrior clan, and the the Yoshidas served them as artists. Thus, the city of Nakatsu, Kyushu (historic location where the Yoshida artists and Nakatsu resided). I am searching if Sakuhei Yoshida was a descendant of the artist family line of Kyushu. User5802 21:42, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your note. Don't see where I edited this article. Not sure of what change you want me to make. User:Fg2 appears to have edited the thing after you. He also seems more knowledgeable of the subject than I. You might want to contact him. Cheers, Dlohcierekim 13:19, 26 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
