Information icon Hello, I'm GB fan. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Love of My Life (Queen song), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ~ GB fan 01:47, 22 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Love of My Life (Queen song). Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. ~ GB fan 13:17, 22 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I am new to this you don't have to be rude Misty 2242 (talk) 22:04, 22 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please explain where you think I have been rude to you. I have been very patient with you and have been explaining things to you. You keep pushing your opinion of what you believe the lyrics mean with absolutely no proof and think that is good enough to override what the reliable sources say. The overriding principle of wikipedia is we use what reliable sources say. We don't care at all what the editors that contribute to the article think. ~ GB fan 03:06, 23 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia should be about FACTS not hearsay Misty 2242 (talk) 22:20, 22 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is about what reliable sources say about article subjects, not your or any other editor's opinion of the facts. ~ GB fan 03:11, 23 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you don't care what editors think then why are we allowed to edit at all. You were being rude when you said Do not use my user name as head line when i am only new to this and you know it. Is there someone higher up I can speak to about this you don't seem to care if the statement is reliable you just want it there Misty 2242 (talk) 03:16, 23 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You think it is rude for me to tell you not to do something? It was direct not ride. ~ GB fan 11:14, 23 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
