Proposed deletion of High Desert County, California

The article High Desert County, California has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

High Desert (California) already exists as an article. I find nothing in the article, or anything on the web that says California passed legislation in 2006 to create a new county named High Desert. The California Desert Protection Act of 1994 covers Joshua Tree, Mojave and Death Valley, and is administered by the National Parks Service.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Cypress Avenue article

Hello, thanks for writing this article! I’ve just read it and I’m a bit concerned that it has no citations. That worries me since without proof that this topic is notable, meaning covered enough in media to get a Wikipedia article on it, the article may get deleted.
