FAQ

1. Why you reverted my edit/s?

A: I notice your contributions are either generally unconstructive or unsourced, If you think I was wrong, let me know and explain it to me : )

2. Why you decline my submission?

I put the reason why your draft is declined, please read it (sometimes, I even put comment for clarification). If you need help try asking Wikipedia:Teahouse.

3. Why you tagged the article I created for speedy deletion/Article for Deletion?

I done the process before tagging it, and I believe that it is against what Wikipedia is whether it is something that is on the criteria for speedy deletion or what wikipedia is not.

Doncaster Hockey Club

[edit]

Thanks for your feedback, I was unsure about the references as the person who wrote the website told me I could use that info. Will update as per your guidance. Thanks again NoName1257 (talk) 10:40, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I highly suggest that you just paraphrase the info. Warm Regards, Miminity (Talk?) (me contribs) 11:35, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

"Promotion"

[edit]

OK, sorry, but no one is getting onto Wikpiedia to promote some traditional Nigerian drum, seriously. Drmies (talk) 01:22, 18 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I mean the wording sure does look like it before I copyedit it. But I must admit, CSD'ing it is an overkill. So sorry about that. Warm Regards, Miminity (Talk?) (me contribs) 11:24, 18 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, the wording was questionable, certainly, but I think it's gotten better. Thanks, Drmies (talk) 18:23, 18 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
