Sorry if writing in the wrong place! - I see you deleted the 'Kirsty Mitchell' page I wrote. Thanks for letting me know that direct copies of the text can't be taken. I did have permission from the site owner to use the text directly, but on discussion with them I think it is best I just paraphrase it - and I will try submitting again!
