Hi,

I reviewed your article and found it interesting and full of objective facts. I would perhaps suggest adding more citations to some of the facts, such as "The Sumatran ground cuckoo is endemic to Indonesia and is found exclusively on the island of Sumatra." I would probably cite it, although I know you are using the same source, so normally it would be okay, but because of the nature of wikipedia, I would probably play it on the safe side, same as Characteristics section. I appreciate that you used many links to other articles and several sources. The links make it more "wikipedia-like" and more official. If you are looking to add more colonial critique, I would suggest something about the previously collected specimens or history of how it was received in Europe - if this research exists. You might also delving more deeply into the habit loss you described by the palm oil plantations. I didn't see any significant spelling or grammatical issues and I'm sure you will fix any that exist as you continue. I like the crisp formatting and overall, if you add some more citations and more strongly connect it to colonial studies, it will be great. Claremaier (talk) 02:45, 28 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
