Request reason:
Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 45.41.168.32. I was told the IP address belongs to web2objects but I do not understand what that means or how to remedy it. I am also a bit confused as the block notice said "45.41.128.0/17" is blocked, but my IP address is 45.41.168.32. I am not using proxy/vpn so cannot really diable it. I am simply connected to internet from home using a regular home use connection with no issues previously. Help! Milton Chan (talk) 07:43, 16 November 2019 (UTC)

- Hi MiltonC, what's the name of your ISP? SQLQuery me! 20:08, 16 November 2019 (UTC)
- Hi SQL, It is a local ISP called FibreStream (https://www.fibrestream.ca/)Milton Chan (talk) 21:16, 16 November 2019 (UTC)
- Sounds about right to me. ST47 - would you mind taking a look at this rangeblock please? SQLQuery me! 22:12, 16 November 2019 (UTC)
- SQL The intended target was Web2Objects LLC, AS22400, which is full of VPN exits. I guess this ISP has a small chunk of IP space in the middle of their range. I'll lift the rangeblock and re-apply it correctly. ST47 (talk) 01:32, 17 November 2019 (UTC)
- SQL & ST47, thank you both! Milton Chan (talk) 14:54, 17 November 2019 (UTC)

[edit]1993 Vancouver municipal election moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, 1993 Vancouver municipal election, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
