A tag has been placed on something invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". User:Michelpicker - I tagged the article for deletion because it appeared to be original research of a type that is not permitted in Wikipedia. If you think that your article reports on previously published research that is not already in Wikipedia, I suggest that you submit the article in draft space via Articles for Creation and then request a review at WP:WikiProject Physics. Robert McClenon (talk) 00:03, 11 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm yeah yes, you are right. It is new. So it is not worth for an encyclopedia because only old things are in a lexicon.

1.1.2017: Is it now okay to create a basic wikipedia entry with the data. Some is now public since a few weeks on: www.pinkysworld.blog. What you think?

Blogs are not generally considered to be independent, reliable sources of information. You really need to read through the links above about how to write an article and make sure you understand sourcing completely. Only then should you submit a draft at via Articles for Creation and then request a review at WP:WikiProject Physics. (Also, remember to sign your comments on talk pages.) --Fabrictramp | talk to me 17:37, 1 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Gertrude Elaine Picker requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.ancestry.com/contextux/historicalinsights/cuban-missile-crisis/persons/160055381438:1030:105691828. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
