Before you launch your stub, you need to build up the section on research. You need to locate more original source materials, insert citations directly into the text to clearly mark your sources, and check your writing to make sure you are not plagiarizing any content. Wikipedia will run an automatized bot to spot plagiarism and you will be scolded :) I have tried to fix some of your sentences, but check your work!

Here is a link to an interview that provides helpful biographical information http://srcd.org/sites/default/files/documents/huston_aletha_interview_0.pdf

It is important for you to describe her research, citing the sources. You should look her up on Google Scholar, and refer directly to her most influential papers: scholar.google.com

You should also create hyperlinks to the many Wikipedia articles that reference her work, such as the following: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Gender_atypicality_in_childhood https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Sesame_Street https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Educational_goals_of_Sesame_Street https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Sesame_Street_research https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Toy https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Space_Shuttle_Challenger_disaster

Your description so far has focused on poverty, but she has done a lot of work on children and television which needs to be highlighted and also important work on gender development. Be sure to cite references that are relevant to each topic.

The link below is to a book has a biography on Aletha Huston that you should cite in your Wikipedia article. It is super helpful in describing her work on children's media.

In case the link doesn't work, the book it titled "Women in Communication: A Biographical Sourcebook" Edited by Nancy Signorielli
