Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 154.160.27.51 Please help me umblock my IP Address. Anytime i try to make edits, i always get an error that my IP has been blocked from editing and I actually don't know why. I'm not using a VPN too when i open wikipedia. I thought there was a problem with my account, so I got a new one but it seems it's not my account. Please help me unbblock my IP and I will be greatful. Thank You
